Create Your Wire-O
Here you may select the desired type of binding for your calendars.
The ring binding, also called spiral or wire-O bond, is a classic and popular book binding method which is used for presentations in particular. With a metal wire, a twin spiral is formed, which runs through previously perforated sheets of paper. This is a cheap but also stable binding type. Depending on the book thickness or number of sheets, different spiral diameters are used. This enables the best possible turning over of your printed information.
Size is measured in inches (except for Banners).
Your artwork must be submitted in this size plus bleed. For more information please go to Bleed & Safe Area.
If your product includes folding, this is the size before folding.
Catalogs/Magazines and Calendars are not considered folded products. Their size refers to one page.
For catalogs and saddle stitched calendars, pages are available in multiples of 4 because sheets are folded over and bound in the middle, resulting in 4 pages per sheet.
For wire-o calendars, 13 or 14 pages are available.
One way or another, please always set up your print files as single pages and send them in multi-page PDFs.

Tips for Affordable Wire-O Binding Booklets
Cost-Effective Design Techniques for Booklet Printing
Keep your layout simple: A clear layout makes your booklet easier to read and helps people find important information quickly. Only include what you need: Keeping the page count down can reduce printing costs and make your booklet easier to use. Print in larger quantities: If you need several copies, ordering a larger print run can lower the cost per booklet. Choose a standard size: Standard sizes are usually more cost-effective and can help speed up production.

Creating Compelling Content & Visual Impact
- Choose Appropriate Paper Stock: Select a paper stock that complements the Wire-O binding. Consider factors like thickness, texture, and coating (e.g., gloss or matte). Heavier stocks work well with Wire-O binding and can enhance the overall quality feel of your catalog.
- Organize Content Effectively: Use clear headings, subheadings, and a table of contents. They will help readers navigate your Wire-O catalog easily. Organize your content logically, highlight key products or services, and use visuals to break up the text and improve understanding.
- Add Engaging Visuals: Use high-quality images, graphics, and charts in your Wire-O catalog to make it more engaging. Visuals can showcase your products and illustrate key points. They create an immersive experience for your readers.
