About Club Flyers
Printing a flyer that successfully carries your message depends on several factors like matching the right format and paper stock to the type of event you wish to promote. Advertising a rave in an industrial warehouse is quite different than promoting a piano concert. Here are some elements you should consider:
- Different formats might be more suitable for different messages like 2" x 5.5" or 3.5" x 8.5" to square formats (4.75" x 4.75"), which tend to work well for designs with photos.
- Paper Stocks: Texture completely changes the first impression your flyer makes. You can choose classic glossy paper, matte options for a cleaner finish, linen or pearl textures, and even kraft paper (brown cardstock) if you are going for a more rustic or eco-friendly aesthetic.
- Some extras like rounded corners to prevent dog-earing, applying UV coatings or printing single sided vs double side, are elements to take into account.
- Durability: We work with thicknesses ranging from standard 13 pt. linen up to much more robust 38 pt. Stocks ideal if you want the flyer to hold up well in a pocket or wallet without getting ruined.
- Budget Management: We scale our pricing based on the volume you need, allowing you to print in bulk to lower the price per unit.
- Turnaround Times: We know that things move fast in the nightlife and entertainment industry, so our production processes are designed to have your materials ready in just a few days.
A Highly Practical Tool for Your Events
A well executed flyer design help people remember important information about your event such as the venue, date or starting times. And as always with time sensitive events, it is important to plan in advance.

Practical Tips for Designing and Printing Effective Club Flyers
Distribution and Strategy Tips
- Tailor the visual style to the exact crowd you want to target. The design for a jazz festival should look nothing like the design for a college party.
- Select the paper according to the concept, If ticket prices are high or it’s an exclusive event, a heavyweight stock (like premium matte or pearl) will convey that sense of quality. If you want to go for an urban underground style, opting for uncoated paperstocks with textured finishes will be a good fit
- Find the right spot to distribute your flyers where your potential crowd hangs out: neighborhood coffee shops, local clothing boutiques, campus bulletin boards, or fitness centers.
- Stay coherent with the rest of your branding. Using the same colors, fonts and obviously logos that you use in your social media channels will help staying relevant and creating a connection with your audience.

Organizing Design and Text
- Focus on a main message, too many elements cause confusion, choose one great image or a powerful piece of typography that stands out at first glance.
- It is better to simplify as large text contents do not catch people’s attention, it is better to limit the design to a few important details such as the name of the event, the date, exact address and how to get the tickets.
- It is better to use clean fonts with the right size to prioritize readability, and make sure there is enough contrast between text and background.
- Clearly inform about the next step, do not forget to include a call to action, a QR code to buy the tickets or things like reservation number or venue’s website.
How to Optimize Printing Costs
- Take Advantage of Bulk Runs, the real cost lies in setting up our printing presses, once configured, printing 1,000 units costs barely more than printing 500. Plan ahead so you can order everything you need in a single batch.
- Opt for standard materials such as our classic 100 lb cover paper stocks (whether gloss text or recycled matte) do the job perfectly and are priced much more affordably than specialty lines.
- If all your information fits cleanly on the front, leaving the back blank will save you a significant percentage of your budget.
- Keep Corners Straight. Round-corner cutting requires an extra die-cutting process that increases production costs. Traditional straight corners are your fastest and most economical option.
