About Corrugated Plastic Signs
They're made of a plastic material with open flutes inside, kind of like cardboard. This gives them some rigidity without weighing a lot.
- They don't get soft in the rain or break in moderate wind
- You see them a lot for "For Sale" signs, construction sites, or short events
- They can be printed on directly and the color doesn't fade fast in the sun.
- Available in various sizes and thicknesses depending on the level of durability you need.
- Highly practical for marking entrances, temporary parking lots, or political campaigns.
- Very affordable rates for bulk orders.
A Practical Option for Outdoors
If you need to put signs on fences, light poles, or buildings without spending too much, this plastic pretty is a good choice. It's easy to poke holes in for zip ties or wire stakes, and it's light, so it's easy to move around. Thanks to their weatherproof construction and easy handling, our outdoor plastic signs are just as effective on a lawn as they are at a roadside, entrance, or job site. And when your message changes, it’s quick and affordable to update your signage with a fresh new design.
If you need to change messages a lot, like for seasonal campaigns, it's fast and doesn't cost much.

Tips for Improving the Visibility of Your Corrugated Plastic Signs
Thickness and Design Preparation
- Choose the Right Thickness: The standard 4 mm thickness is sufficient for medium-sized signs or those backed by walls. If you are mounting a large standalone sign where the wind blows, it's better to step up to 6 mm or 10 mm thicknesses to prevent it from bowing.
- Take Advantage of Both Sides: If the sign is hanging on a fence perpendicular to the street or attached to a light pole, double-sided printing ensures it gets read by traffic coming from both directions.
- Clean Graphics: Outdoors, fine details get lost. Use solid background colors and high-contrast lettering (such as black text on a yellow or white background). Avoid busy photos if the sign is meant to be read from a moving car.
- Bare Minimum Information: Place the logo at a reasonable size and make the contact info highly visible. A large QR code in the bottom corner can be useful if pedestrians stop to look at it, but it won’t do any good on a fast-moving road.

Practical Placement Examples
- Provisional Signage: Ideal for seasonal sales, moving notices, weekend events, or grand openings. They can be set up and taken down in minutes.
- Repetitive Use: If you store them clean and flat at the end of a campaign, you can reuse them the following year. They are perfect for cyclical notices like "Enrollment Period Open" or "Holiday Menu."
- Strategic Placement: You can secure them with plastic zip ties to fences, posts, or wooden stakes, taking advantage of how easy the material is to pierce with a simple punch or drill bit.
- Wayfinding for Events: At music festivals, county fairs, or conferences, you can nail these signs to wooden stakes or barricades to guide attendees toward registration areas, restrooms, or emergency exits.
