Create Your Catalogs
Here you may select the desired type of binding for your calendars.
The ring binding, also called spiral or wire-O bond, is a classic and popular book binding method which is used for presentations in particular. With a metal wire, a twin spiral is formed, which runs through previously perforated sheets of paper. This is a cheap but also stable binding type. Depending on the book thickness or number of sheets, different spiral diameters are used. This enables the best possible turning over of your printed information.
Size is measured in inches (except for Banners).
Your artwork must be submitted in this size plus bleed. For more information please go to Bleed & Safe Area.
If your product includes folding, this is the size before folding.
Catalogs/Magazines and Calendars are not considered folded products. Their size refers to one page.
For catalogs and saddle stitched calendars, pages are available in multiples of 4 because sheets are folded over and bound in the middle, resulting in 4 pages per sheet.
For wire-o calendars, 13 or 14 pages are available.
One way or another, please always set up your print files as single pages and send them in multi-page PDFs.

About Catalogs
In an age dominated by digital platforms and e-commerce stores, catalog printing remains a relevant and highly effective marketing tool. Despite technological advances, printed catalogs continue to offer unique benefits that digital media cannot fully replicate. Whether for businesses or individuals, here are seven reasons why custom catalog printing remains essential for promoting product offerings and connecting with potential customers:
- Tangible Interaction: Printed catalogs provide a physical touchpoint that engages customers in a way digital media cannot. The tactile experience of flipping through pages can leave a lasting impression.
- Enhanced Brand Perception: High-quality printed catalogs convey a sense of professionalism and reliability, enhancing the perceived value of your brand and products.
- Targeted Marketing: Catalogs can be distributed to specific demographics or geographical areas, allowing for precise targeting of potential customers.
- Increased Retention: Physical catalogs are often kept and referred to multiple times, increasing the likelihood that customers will remember your products and make a purchase.
- Less Digital Clutter: With the overwhelming amount of digital content, printed catalogs stand out by providing a break from screen time and capturing the reader's full attention.
- Complementary to Digital Campaigns: Printed catalogs can complement digital marketing efforts by driving traffic to your online store through QR codes, URLs, and special promotions.
- Versatility: Catalogs can be used in various settings such as trade shows, in-store displays, direct mail campaigns, and more, making them a versatile marketing tool.
Maximize Customer Engagement with Custom Catalog Printing
By leveraging the unique advantages of catalog printing, businesses can create a powerful connection with potential customers and effectively showcase their product offerings. Amazing service from A to Z. They printed my catalogs and delivered on time as promised. They were the cheapest I could find online. The catalogs are amazing looking. The quality of the paper is so perfect and thick. I needed these before a show and I was so nervous it will not arrive on time. As I mentioned, the entire experience was perfect. They respond quickly to your email as well. Love Love Love :)

When you order pamphlets and want to order more another time(same exact order), you shouldnt have to go thru the entire process again to proof it and go back and forth approving it . It should be just a click and pay.

We've used Print Safari twice now for printing our 72 page catalogs. Super easy to order and work with. Great pricing, service and delivery times. Very happy with the quality of their product. I've recommended them to several people in our industry. They've all had similar experiences and were very satisfied with Print Safari too. I'll keep telling people about them, and, they do way more than print just catalogs. Thank you PrintSafari.com.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is catalog printing?
Catalog printing is a high-quality printing process, either offset or digital, used to produce marketing materials such as product catalogs. This method provides a professional look with a polished finish, often using special inks on glossy or premium paper stocks that are thicker than regular paper to attract potential customers.
Catalog printing typically includes both text and images. Images must be pre-processed to meet specific printer requirements, ensuring optimal quality in the final product. This meticulous process guarantees that each page is precisely crafted and looks fantastic when assembled into a finished catalog.
Do catalogs still exist?
Yes, catalogs are very much alive and well in many countries. In fact, their presence has recently increased internationally, making them one of the most common types of marketing materials. Despite the prevalence of digital advertising today, there is still a significant place for physical catalogs, especially those with eye-catching images and promotions.
If you decide to create a catalog, you will need to select the size and number of pages and then send us your print-ready PDF files for offset or digital printing. The first page of your print-ready PDF will be the cover of the catalog and the last page will be the back cover. Please ensure that bleed is included on all four sides of each page to achieve the best print quality.
What is the difference between catalog printing and magazine printing?
Catalog printing and magazine printing serve different purposes, although both can utilize offset or digital printing. Offset printing is ideal for large print runs, while digital printing is better suited for smaller print runs and personalized or customized content.
1. Purpose of Catalog Printing Catalog printing is used to produce catalogs, which present products or services for sale. Catalogs are typically printed on lower quality paper compared to magazines and are filled with product descriptions, images, and pricing information. The content is usually crafted by marketing professionals, and the layout and design are handled by graphic designers. For instance, jewelry catalogs have different graphic requirements than general merchandise catalogs.
2. Purpose of Magazine Printing Magazine printing is used to produce magazines, which focus on specific topics or areas of interest, such as fashion, sports, or news. Magazines are usually printed on glossy paper and feature high-quality images and graphics. The content is typically written by journalists, with the layout and design done by professional designers. The main difference between magazine printing and catalog printing lies in their purposes. Magazines are designed to inform, entertain, or inspire readers, whereas catalogs are designed to sell products or services. Additionally, magazines are often sold in retail stores or through subscriptions, while catalogs are typically mailed directly to customers. In summary, while both magazine and catalog printing share some similarities in printing processes, their purposes and content are quite different. Magazines aim to provide information or entertainment, whereas catalogs focus on selling products or services.
How to plan a catalog printing project?
Planning a catalog printing project involves several important steps to ensure that the final product is high quality and meets the needs of your readers. Here are some of the steps you need to follow:

5. Design Your Catalog
Work with a designer to create a visually appealing layout that effectively showcases your products or services. Ensure that the design aligns with your brand identity and resonates with your target audience.
6. Review and Approve Proofs
Before printing, review and approve a proof of your catalog to ensure that everything looks correct and meets your expectations. Check for any errors in text, images, or layout.
7. Print and Distribute
Once the proof is approved, send your catalog for printing. After printing, distribute your catalogs to your audience through direct mail, in-store distribution, or other marketing channels.
