Create Your Lookbooks
Here you may select the desired type of binding for your calendars.
The ring binding, also called spiral or wire-O bond, is a classic and popular book binding method which is used for presentations in particular. With a metal wire, a twin spiral is formed, which runs through previously perforated sheets of paper. This is a cheap but also stable binding type. Depending on the book thickness or number of sheets, different spiral diameters are used. This enables the best possible turning over of your printed information.
Size is measured in inches (except for Banners).
Your artwork must be submitted in this size plus bleed. For more information please go to Bleed & Safe Area.
If your product includes folding, this is the size before folding.
Catalogs/Magazines and Calendars are not considered folded products. Their size refers to one page.
For catalogs and saddle stitched calendars, pages are available in multiples of 4 because sheets are folded over and bound in the middle, resulting in 4 pages per sheet.
For wire-o calendars, 13 or 14 pages are available.
One way or another, please always set up your print files as single pages and send them in multi-page PDFs.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a lookbook and why do I need one?
A lookbook is a professional way to present your products through high-quality photos and design. Unlike a basic catalog, it helps people see how your products look and feel in real-world settings. It's a powerful marketing tool that tells your brand's story and helps customers connect with your products. Good printing makes sure your lookbook represents your brand well.
How many products should I include in my lookbook?
Focus on quality over quantity. It's better to show fewer products well than to crowd too many into your pages. Most effective lookbooks include 20-40 products, but this varies based on your industry and goals. The key is leaving enough space to show each product clearly and in different settings.
What's the best way to organize my lookbook?
Start with your strongest products to make a great first impression. Group similar items together and create a natural flow from one section to the next. Consider organizing by collection, season, or product type. Include a mix of full-page images and smaller detail shots to keep things interesting.
What is the minimum order for lookbooks?
You can order any number of copies you need - even just one. Of course, ordering more copies usually brings down the price per book. We'll help you figure out the quantity that makes the most sense for your needs and budget.
