The start of your turnaround time depends on when you have uploaded your files, or, if you have ordered a PDF proof, when you have approved your files. If you upload/approve your files before 11 AM (EST), turnaround time will begin that day. If you upload/approve your files after 11 AM (EST), turnaround time will begin the next day.
Example: You upload/approve your files on Wednesday after 11 AM (EST). If your turnaround is 3 business days, it ends on Monday, and the products are shipped on Tuesday.

Rush Turnaround: Rush turnaround time is 3 business days for all products, i. e. they are shipped on the 4th day. Add 1 business day for Rounded Corners.
Shipping:
- UPS Ground: Day-definite delivery typically in one to five days.
- UPS Three Day Select: Delivery by the end of the third business day.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery by the end of the second business day.
- UPS Next Day Air: Delivery by end of next day.
Additional Holiday Turnaround: Please be advised that during the holiday season, our printing turnaround time will be extended by an additional 1-3 business days due to an increase in volume. Thank you for your cooperation.
