File Check

If you order a file check, we will run an automated check of your files for resolution, color mode, color density, and size (bleed and safe area). If the file check passes, your files will go into printing, starting your turnaround time. If the check fails because the criteria mentioned above are not met, we will ask you to upload new files, postponing the start of your turnaround time.

Online Proof

1. A proof includes a full, manual review of your files. If one or more of your files are deficient, we will send you an email with a list of your files’ deficiencies and ask you to upload new files.

2. If your files are technically print-ready, we will upload them as a PDF for you to make sure the printed product will look as you intended. You then have the option to change your files and make a new upload for any reason. If you confirm the proof your files go into printing and turnaround time begins.
