Shipping & Turnaround

How will you ship my order?

We ship via UPS Standard only.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Canada and the United States.

Where do you ship from?

We distribute production to several printing facilities to achieve a high efficiency. Depending on the product, demand, and destination, the parcels are shipped from California, USA, Kentucky, USA, or Montreal, Canada.

How much is shipping?

To find out your shipping charge, please add your product(s) to the cart and use the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” panel on the cart page. Enter your state and zip code, and click “Get a Quote”.

(Note: This estimate might deviate slightly from the actual price because it is based on your zip code only and not on your street. If you want to know the exact, binding shipping price you have to proceed to checkout.)

How do you compute shipping charges?

Our system retrieves shipping charges directly from UPS. The rates that UPS transmits to us are based on weight, number of boxes, and destination.

One box has a maximum weight of 150 lb and shipping will be calculated accordingly. In reality, however, boxes will often be packed to hold less to ensure stability of the packing material and for ease of use.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately not. All parcels are sent from the printing facility directly to the customers.

When does my turnaround time begin?

Turnaround time for a print job where a PDF proof is selected begins once the proof has been approved by you. If you did not select a PDF proof, turnaround time begins once your file is uploaded.

The processing of orders with rush turnaround is guaranteed to start on the same business day if you approve/upload your files by 11 AM EST. If you approve/upload your files after 11 AM EST, rush turnaround time begins on the next business day.

Also note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to the file requirements, your order status will be put back to “Waiting for Files” and your turnaround time will be reset. Please visit our Turnaround page for more information.

Does my turnaround include shipping time?

No.

Do you offer blind shipping?

We ship all parcels blind.

What if I’m not at home to receive the parcel?

According to UPS, UPS will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After that, they will hold the parcel for five business days for you to pick up. After that, the parcel will be sent back.
If you know in advance that you will not be able to receive the package we can reschedule the delivery date for you. Let us know if you want the parcel delivered on a specific day.
