Where can I check my order status?

Please log in to your account and click on “My Orders” to view the details and status of your order.

How can I cancel my order?

A request to cancel should be sent to support@printsafari.com as soon as possible to prevent the job from moving forward in the production process. Canceled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. Due to our company procedures, you may only cancel an order without incurring additional fees until you have confirmed your uploaded files. Once you have confirmed your upload, all requests for cancellations are subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 15-30% of the total transaction (with a minimum of $25). You cannot cancel your order once it has reached the status “Prepress”.

What is your return policy?

We give our best to print the order to your specifications and provide the excellent quality our loyal customers have been coming back for. However, printing is not a perfect science and in the rare occurrence that you receive a defective order, we will promptly investigate and reprint it.

Since each order is unique and has no re-sale value, all sales are final. When you receive a product that you perceive to have defect, contact us immediately. If no such claim is made in 5 business days of delivery we will understand that the job has been accepted. You can open a support ticket yourself or give our Support Center the details of your order who will then open a ticket for investigation. They may ask for photos of the product as you have received them. A manager will contact you to provide resolution to the problem. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. In order to receive replacement you must return 100% of the product within 12 days of delivery, on your own expense. All charges related to expedite printing (rush turnaround and/or express shipping) are non-refundable, including orders that are returned for any reason. All orders returned must be shipped by the customer’s own expense.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Can I pay by check?
