Where do I upload my files?
You will receive a link to an upload page in your order confirmation email. This link will also be accessible in your account.
How do I know if the correct file has been uploaded?
Having uploaded your file(s), their names will be displayed on the upload page, including their position (“front_”, “back_”, “pdf_”, or “zip_”). Please check the file names prior to confirming the upload. If you have ordered a PDF proof, you can check your files visually.
Do you have an FTP site for uploads?
No.
What is the maximum file size that can be uploaded?
You can upload files with a size up to 100 MB. To reduce your file size, you can “zip” or “stuff” them.
What if I found a mistake in the artwork?
As a customer, you are responsible for the accuracy of your artwork. You are encouraged to carefully inspect the positioning, copy, and design elements in your art files before submitting them to us. Ordering a PDF Proof affords you the opportunity to check for errors you wish to correct in your files prior to production.
Can I change my uploaded files and make a new upload?
Once you have confirmed your uploads, you can no longer upload new files.
Can I upload my files before placing an order?
All files uploaded need to be associated with an order number, and therefore can not be uploaded prior to placing the order.
What can I check on my electronic PDF proof?
The press-ready PDF proof that is uploaded for your review and approval is the final opportunity for you to check the layout, bleeds, crops and final text. It is by no means an accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece. We will upload a press-ready PDF proof for your to review with notes from our expert prepress technicians for your consideration.
Do you offer hard copy proofs?
